The owners of 1583 Cormack Crescent are ELM Cormack (2017) Inc. and they are interested in developing their land with 9 single-detached and 20 semi-detached lots on a common element condominium private road.
The current official plan designation permits the proposed development; however, rezoning and site plan applications are required. This meeting is being held before these applications are submitted in order to allow the applicant and City to hear the thoughts of the local residents early in the process.
