Host City Music Exchange — A JUNOS Preview

The JUNOS are coming … to London. But you can catch a preview here in Mississauga featuring hometown artists Arlene Paculan and No Big Deal. The Host City Music Exchange is presented by the 2019 JUNO Host Committee in partnership with the London Music Office, Music Ontario and Ontario Creates and is an opportunity for cities to showcase local, up and coming artists. Mississauga artists will be joined by London’s own Casper Marcus and Julia Haggarty. The London artists will visit Munden Public School in Mississauga to promote and support music education. They will also participate in a panel discussion on the music industry – another event that is free and open to the public.
Arlene Paculan and No Big Deal will perform at the SAIB (Small Arms Inspection Building) on Feb. 7 at 7:30 p.m. for a FREE CONCERT. They will also perform at JUNOfest the week leading up to the official JUNO Awards Ceremony on March 17 in London, Ontario.

The JUNO Awards has evolved from an industry awards event to a weeklong festival that travels city to city across the country. It encompasses both public-facing fan events and industry/networking opportunities featuring a diverse array of Canadian artists and emerging talent. The JUNO Week events include JUNO Songwriters’ Circle, JUNOfest, JUNO Fan Fare, JUNO Cup, and more! The JUNO Awards were created to celebrate and promote Canadian music and artists.Don’t miss this free concert at Mississauga’s newest and coolest cultural facility.
